in 2010. This effective date of application of the above notification comes
from 27<sup>th</sup> September, 2011. The Telecom Commercial Communications
Customer Preference Portal is a data base containing a variety of information
prescribed in "The Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference
Regulations, 2010".</div>

dial or SMS to 1909 (a Toll Free Number) and register him/her self for any of
the following two categories.</div>

complain the customer have to provide the number of the caller or short
description of the SMS which was send to the customer. The customer will also
have to provide the date and time of the call or SMS received by him/her.</div>
